Training scope
MKE Valkyrie provides personal training, general nutrition education, recovery-focused mobility support, and accountability check-ins. Services are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, chiropractic care, emergency support, or guaranteed results.
Recovery and nutrition
Recovery/mobility support is not massage therapy or bodywork therapy. Nutrition support is general and non-medical.
Pricing and expectations
The one-on-one training support package is $50. Buddy and group training prices are listed on the Services & Pricing page. Final charges and service expectations should be confirmed in writing before payment is collected.
Client control
Clients can stop, pause, or decline any activity. Training may be modified for safety, comfort, or readiness.
Refunds
All sales are final except legally required cancellation/refund rights or hardship allowances granted at trainer discretion.
Transfers
Unused paid services may transfer to another person who completes the required agreement and intake.
Freeze / Hold
Clients can freeze with 24 hours notice before the next scheduled workout. Unused paid services are honored if the client returns within 3 months of the freeze date.
