At home or where you are comfortable

Your first workout starts where you are.

We will meet you where you are at by looking at your available space, equipment, comfort level, and what movements feel approachable. That might mean starting at home, meeting in a gym, or using another training space that fits your needs. The goal is to build a starting point that works for your real life.

The gym can be useful, but it does not have to be the only starting point.
