Policy summary
Refunds
All sales are final except legally required cancellation/refund rights or hardship allowances granted at trainer discretion.
Transfers
Unused paid services may transfer to another adult who completes the required agreement and intake.
Freeze / Hold
Clients can freeze with 24 hours notice before the next scheduled workout. Unused paid services are honored if the client returns within 3 months of the freeze date.
